Celebrating in Paisley

It’s one year since we became an accredited Living Wage employer, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Even though we are a small firm based in Paisley, we knew we were committed to employing people under fair and responsible working terms.

The influence behind us starting the firm was to allow our family a better quality of life, therefore it was only right that we extend that privilege to our staff.

The Living Wage is a voluntary charter that employers sign up to. The current rate of pay is £8.75; with a review (and probable increase) every 12 months.

Paying the Living Wage has shown to increase staff productivity, loyalty and general well being. We feel that this positivity is then passed on to our clients and this was important for us too.

It’s a win-win for everyone!
